Experience and Background
George Drew was an Area Manager for Soil Engineering Construction, Inc. His responsibilities included; Marketing, Estimating, Engineering, and Construction Management of the full range of services provided by the firm. Prior to joining Soil Engineering in 1980, Mr. Drew was employed as a project manager for V.S.L. Corporation specializing in heavy lifting and post tension. He also worked as a field engineer for both the Sacramento Municipal Utility District and EBASCO Services. Mr. Drew served as an officer in the Navy's Civil Engineer Corps. His experience has been primarily in the geotechnical construction field. He has been personally and professionally responsible for nearly all types of engineering design and construction projects and has qualified as an expert witness in construction systems, procedures and costs for a number of cases involving slope stabilization, foundation underpinning and drainage/erosion control.
