Experience and Background
As the General Manager of Northern California, the majority of Ben’s time is spent encouraging and presenting unorthodox solutions to address the most challenging of conditions. Whether the constraints are financial, political, or environmental, Ben is a proven executor in both conception and execution.
Before working with SEC, Ben has worked as a software engineer and mechanical engineer for a variety of companies. Including Google, Netflix, and more. This software expertise has allowed Ben to modernize SEC’s software integrations, migrating the company from an on-paper business to a fully optimized, software-integrated firm. This has increased the automation of our project finances, increased communication between foremen, engineering, and company management, which has lowered costs for our clients.
